Pin Llavero Unicornio || Unicorn Pin or Keychain Crochet Tutorial

Buenas buenas! 

Espero que anden muy bien del otro lado de la pantalla! Estuvimos hablando bastante sobre el pin Unicornio, que además dependiendo de qué accesorio le agregues, podés usarlo también como llavero!

Es un patrón bastante sencillo y podés rellenarlo para que quede redondito o, como yo, podés aplastarlo y que quede un poco curvo, pero sin volumen.

Algo más que me gusta mucho, es que requiere poquito material y podés hacer muchísimos, muchísimos!!

Así que mejor, comencemos!

Materiales

  • Apenas un poquito de hilo de algodón de color para el hocico.
  • Hilo de algodón blanco o crudo para la carita.
  • Amarillo para el cuerno.
  • Restitos de colores para las flores.
  • Negro para las puntadas de los ojos y la nariz.
  • Aguja 2,5mm 

Abreviaturas

Pb = Punto bajo.
AM = Anillo Mágico.
(*) = * es igual a la cantidad de puntos totales al terminar la vuelta.
p = puntos
aum = Aumento
dism = Disminución
mv = Media Vareta
v = Vareta

Cabeza

Con el color que hayas elegido para el hocico, vamos a comenzar así:
  1. 6pb en AM
  2. 6 Aum (12p)
  3. 1pb, 1 Aum x6 (18p)
  4. 2pb, 1 Aum x6 (24p)
  5. 24pb (24p)
  6. 24pb (24p)
  7. 24pb (24p)
  8. Cambiamos el color al de la carita y hacemos 2pb, 1dism x6 por la hebra trasera (18p)
  9. 18pb (18p)
  10. 18pb (18p)
  11. 1pb, 1dism x6 (12p)
  12. En esta vuelta formamos  las orejas de esta manera:
    (1pd, 3pb, 1pd, 1mv-2V-1mv en el mismo punto) x2

Flores

Hacemos 4 cadenas, y dejamos una hebra larga. Giramos el tejido y enebramos la hebra en al aguja lanera, y pasamos por las 4 cadenas y tiramos.

Cuerno

Este es un tejido plano, hacemos 3 cadenas, 1 de subida, giramos el tejido. En la 2da hilera, hacemos 1pd y 2 pb.

Terminaciones

Coser el cuerno en el centro, sobre el borde superior y las 3 flores en la fila debajo del cuerno.
Hacer dos puntadas por cada ojo con 3 puntos de separación y bordar un punto en cruz por cada fosa nasal.

I hope you are doing very well on the other side of the screen! We have been talking a lot about the Unicorn pin, that depending on the accessory you add, you can also use it as a keychain!

It's a pretty simple pattern and you can stuff it to make it round or, like I did, you can flaten it and make it a bit curved, but not bulky.

Something else that I really like a lot is that requires so little material and you can make a lot of them in no time, a lot !!

So, let's get started!

Materials

  • Just a little bit of colored cotton yarn for the muzzle.
  • White or raw cotton yarn for the face.
  • Yellow for the horn.
  • Remnants of colors for the flowers.
  • Black for the eyes and nose stitches.
  • Crochet hook 2,5mm

Abbreviations

Sc = single crochet
MR = Magic Ring.
(*) = * is equal to the number of stitches at the end of the round.
sts = stitches
Inc = Increase
Dec = decrease
Hdc= half double crochet
Dc = double crochet

Head

Lets start with the color you chose for the muzzle:
  1. 6sc in a MR
  2. 6 inc(12sts)
  3. 1sc, 1 inc x6 (18sts)
  4. 2sc, 1 inc x6 (24sts)
  5. 24sc (24sts)
  6. 24sc (24sts)
  7. 24sc (24sts)
  8. Here we change the color to the one for the face and work 2sc, 1dec x6 BLO (18sts)
  9. 18sc (18sts)
  10. 18sc (18sts)
  11. 1sc, 1dec x6 (12sts)
  12. In this round we make the little ears:
    (1sl st, 3sc, 1sl st, 1hdc-2dc-1hdc on the same stitch) x2

Flowers

Work 4 chains and we leave a long thread. We turn the project and we use the wool needle, and go through the 4 chains and then we pull. The chains will curl up all together.

Horn

This is a flat work. We make 3 chains, 1 up. 
We turn the work. Start in the 2nd chain with 1sl st and 2 sc.

Leave a long thread to sew all the parts together.

Last details

Sew the horn in the center, over the top edge and the 3 flowers in the row below the horn.
For the eyes, you can embroider a couple stitches for each eye and 2 cross stitches for the nose.
